There are more varieties of vertical blinds available in the market in cheap prices some of them provide free installation. I just got this window or ventilation blinds at my new apartment and it totally changed the looks of my house. The money you are paying for vertical blinds seems to be much more than as I paid for mine. You should consult professional’s guys about ventilation blinds.

You have 1-2" on either side of the blind that will not be covered. If that’s the look you want, then it’s OK.

Also, how are you going to mount them with that much difference.?

Sounds like custom is going to be the choice.

Buy one, bring it home, hold it up to the spot you want to use it
and see. Be careful when you take it out of the package, and you will be able to return it if it doesn’t work for you. Get a friend to help you; that person can hold it, and you can stand back and look.

Could you get vertical, instead of horizontal blinds? There’s no way a cat can mess those up. If your apartment complex doesn’t have them, ask if it’s okay for you to buy some yourself and take them with you when you leave.

get a water bottle and spray them when u see them attacking them that will teach them not to do that my cats have go mine messed up really good right now its becuz they like to get in the window and there in there way or another thing to try is curtains but they may even climb up them to cats mischievous things and get in to all kinds of trouble and btw make sure that u put the cord up I know some one that had a cat the hung him self with the cord

try putting a sheet over the blinds, I’m not sure if that’s a good idea.
