My house is over 110 degrees, when outside it is like 90, We have no means of cooling only 2 ghetto cheap roof fans, cooling a 45′x20 house
ALL the rooms are 10×10 The house is shit
walls are fucked up and some walls don’t even have the wall yet just wood, and its been like this over 10 years, at night there is only one light powering the main part of the house and is is dark as night and in day time the windows are covered by blankets or blinds so it is dark there to. and all kinds of water damage and the house smell

We never have any food ever, and I NEED a job so I can take care of my self
I am 14
I am at my friends
Mainly I just need a job soooo bad.
Why people must always go for petty.

Someone said something about using pallets for a tree stand, sounds like a stupid idea but could you make a blind out of them?Say 3 wide as a floor 2 deep on the floor then 3 high, then use ply wood for a roof.

Im trying to get cheap ideas for hog hunting.

I have a roll of special "3 ply" heavy insulating vinyl (white stain proof coating over a dense duct tape-like material) that I’d like to use to install onto window roller shades in a newly purchased house that has many windows. My problem is that I’m having trouble finding the hardware by itself nearby Perris, CA or online.

I need:
- sturdy/solid hanging brackets (mounts onto the wall and holds the roller and has a receptacle to allow you to hang a curtain too)
- retractable rollers [roller that I can staple the vinyl to (wood--preferred), or clamp into (metal)]
- slats, pref wood or other solid/heavy material (for the pull tab)

I’ve installed wood rollers before, the retracting kind, one end with a fixed pin, and one side with a flat metal piece that works as the spring that winds up the shade if you tug on it (like a seat belt).

I’ve only visited Sears and they said they only sold the shades as a set. I searched online for a bit and I know there’s a lot of cheap bits Levolor makes, like this:

http://www.amazon.com/Levolor-A7004212822-Bracket-Inside-Mount/dp/B000HJ762E/

Anyone with recent DIY window shade installation experience or deal with these products that can direct me to the right retailer(s)?

Also, how economical is this to possible alternatives? There are a lot of windows and I usually start what I finish, but for a project this big, I want to make sure I’m making a wise, educated decision. I only know blinds are relatively expensive, hard to clean, are prone to damage like bending (at least the economical ones), and don’t offer any insulation, only privacy.
